Terms of Service — Taylored Labs apps

These terms apply to apps published by Taylored Labs LLC on the Shopify App Store. By installing an app you agree to them.

1. Service. We provide the app as described in its listing. We may change or discontinue features with notice through the app or by email.
2. Fees. Plans and prices are shown on the Shopify App Store and charged through Shopify billing. Trials are free; you can cancel at any time by uninstalling. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires.
3. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your store and of every document the app generates from it, including tariff classifications, countries of origin, declared values and origin certifications. The app prepares documents; it is not customs, trade or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your customs declarations and their consequences.
4. Third-party services. Documents are uploaded to your Shopify Files at your instruction. Shopify's terms apply to that storage.
5. Data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the app for your store.
6. Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where the app cannot complete an action, it records the failure in its log so you can act on it.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an app is limited to the fees you paid for that app in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including duties, penalties, delays or seizures arising from a document's contents.
8. Termination. You may stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-payment.
9. Governing law. Texas, United States. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that state.
