The customs paperwork your label app forgot.

Customs Desk turns the HS codes, countries of origin, weights and values Shopify already stores into the documents carriers and label platforms will not make for you: commercial invoices, USMCA/CUSMA certifications of origin and packing lists, as PDFs, from the order page or automatically when an international order ships.

What you get

• Commercial invoices customs accept. Every data element US Customs (19 CFR 141.86) and CBSA (D1-4-1) ask for, printed from your order and your catalog.
• USMCA certificates with the nine required elements. Per shipment or a blanket certificate for the year, for the products you mark as originating.
• A catalog audit. See which variants are missing an HS code, an origin or a weight before a shipment is held.
• Documents that stay with the order. PDFs are uploaded to your Shopify Files and listed on the order page; they survive uninstalling the app.

What it does not do

No labels, no rate shopping, no filing entries with customs, no automatic HS classification. The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of every document.
